httpd segmentation fault when deleting image content

We use a contenttype with an extra image field (File field type and Image widget type).
When we delete many content (10 or more) of that type, we get an empty screen and in our apache error.log appears a segmentation fault.
When we disable the MAPI module, everything is working fine.
I've tried tesame with a contentype without an extra image field. No problems occured.

There is such a problem with the IMCE file browser (in 'my account') with the MAPI-module enabled.
When we delete a previous uploaded image. We get an error-message within the IMCE file browser and a segmentation fault in the apache error.log.
With the MAPI-module disabled, we don't have any troubles deleting images in the IMCE file browser.
