Multi fields cause error on IE7 - IE8 - IE9 when jquery_update is enabled

I log that because i haven't seen anywhere else this issue.
With jquery 1.3.2, on a field with unlimited value, when i first add one elements it works. The when i add a second elements : the button "transfer" and the button "add another element" submit the form (just as when you have no javascript activated). I disabled jquery update so with jquery 1.2.6 this works well.
