How to hide content from search by taxonomy

Hello all, I just want to hide content of a certain taxonomy term from searches, but not change access for the taxonomy (i.e. View access, Update deny, Delete deny, Create deny, List deny). The List deny only hides the term, not the node in the taxonomy category. Thanks!
