The documentation of this module should include instructions on how to create a necessary keypair, as explained in the "iDEAL Merchant Integratie Gids", paragraph 8.4, page 24.

Since that's dependant on the bank, I'm not sure if I should include it in the module documentation. I think it'd be good to list some more specific instructions though.
