We are a magazine publication in China and we sell magazines and books all over the world. We need a programmer who can create a Shipping Cost calculator that can calculate the prices of a shipment based on the Weight of our product, the country it is going to, and whether it is express mail or regular delivery. We currently sell about 40 products. UPS and USPS charge too much compared to our shipping company, so these modules are not an option.
We are willing to pay $40 per hour.
