Issue Summary
Content types show in the list, get saved as choices, and persist as selections - but - they don't get blocked when they're viewed. There are no errors shown or logged... blocking functions simply don't work.
I assume it could be another module somewhere that's causing the issue. Just in case it has something to do with comparing the expected path from Drupal itself to serve up subscriptions to different types, I have pathauto, URL alias, extended path alias and pathologic loaded and all working fine. Clean URL's are also on and working. If you can give me a hint on what mechanism subscriptions uses to qualify something for blocking, I can see what else might be causing the issue.

A quick update... switching to the "Display only a Subscribe link that makes the fieldset visible" option, did manage to block the display for a few types, but there are others that still show... i.e., webforms. I wasn't expecting that there would be a 'switch' to a 'switch', but at least it's a step in the right direction.

Please don't talk in general terms. Instead pick one and only one misbehavior and describe in detail, such as "I went to THIS/PATH, did that, then looked at a node of type TYPE, using an account with no permissions beyond 'access content', where I saw the attached SCREENSHOT, but it should have looked like THIS instead."
