When I updated to the latest pathauto and token (6.x-1.16) modules, the token menupath raw, which is my main default, stopped working.

When a page is created, URL alias is checked by default, but when I save the page after creating, the alias is not produced. I just get node/* and I have to go back to the page, press edit and manually check the box, then save the page and it works. Obviously this is not how it's supposed to work.

Side note: before the updates, the pathauto module functioned properly.

While troubleshooting, I reinstalled the previous version of token 6.x-1.15—and everything started working properly again. This leads me to believe either the latest update of either pathauto or token is the issue.

Any ideas?

I'm not able to recreate this issue. Can you please provide more information in the form of screenshots? Also, have you run update.php since you last updated the Token + Pathauto modules?
