Is Drupal right choice for it? Who can do it?

Hello.

I want to convert to new structure my blog which is yeni.web.tr

1. Registration Form: Mail subscription system will be activated. In members form, there will be name surname, nickname, e-mail and password area. Also members have to read and accept user agreement (I prefer checbox) and there should be a captcha.

2. Profile Page: Every member have speacial profile page. This profile pages will also open users to non-members.

Members can add their own picture, about, birthday , city, country informations and web/log, facebook, twitter links. Also projects into the name, logo and description in the text that will take place.

There will be alphabetical member page likewise A-B-C... . When clicked A link, initial of users which is A, will be listed.

3. Adding Project: When members wanted to add a project, firstly they give the project name, web site and e-mail address (blabla@website) which belong this project web site. Than system will sent activation mail that e-mail and when user click this activation link, s/he will be able to go second step.

In second step, user can see previously informations which are project name, web site, also user can add slogan, logo, about information, facebook, twitter, blog and blog rss feed links, and user can pick the categories which are already add system by me. Finally users can add 5 screenshot about project.

The contents of all the entered details will be listed on the project. Also there will be link to user who added project.
Categories will listed sidebar of project page, and when user click category, last 20 project which are belong that category, will be listed with project name and logo.

Home Page: There are several variations to the main page. Which is possible now;
1. I want to show the latest updates to the site. Like;
X became a member. 15 minutes ago.
A Project, added by X. 10 minutes ago.

2. If it is possible, i want to add option 1 to rss of project blog. Like;
X became a member. 15 minutes ago.
A Project, added by X. 10 minutes ago.
The new update is online -from blog of A Project. 7 minutes ago.

3. If first 2 options doesn’t possible, i want to list last logos and names of projects recently entered.

If RSS could be read, i want to show that content on the project page. Like;

“Project blog’s Last Topics” under the name.

If is possible, URL’s shoul be compatible with Seo.
A few months later, members and projects twitter updates will sharing.
