I've tried both using the Modernizr module and adding Modernizr as part of the template.php (each separately) but since all the JavaScript loads at the end of the page, it doesn't work. Somehow, no one has reported this issue. Am I missing something or is this a valid issue? I'd prefer not to hardcode it into the page.tpl.php (unless that is the only solution).
