When trying to upload an image using the image.module, I get the following error:

warning: move_uploaded_file(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 2797/80 is not allowed to access / owned by uid/gid 0/0 in /usr/home/web/web34197/modules/image/image.module on line 555.

Image, Image/Thumbs and /temp folders all are 777
