The email that gets sent when a comment is entered has two blank fields: "Email Address" and "URL". These fields never get populated as far as I can tell. What is SUPPOSED to happen here? Thanks.

True, they don't seem to work, but in the meantime you can delete these elements on the admin page : admin/settings/commentmail

This is working correctly in the 5.x-0.1 release. The e-mail address and URL are filled in for anonymous commenters.
