sebasvdkamp commentedPlease take the time time to run your project through the coder module (http://drupal.org/project/coder). It looks like you haven't kept to coding standards (tabs instead of spaces, lowercase PHP constants, camelCase instead of seperating_words etc.) Coder will highlight these for you.
Have a look at http://drupal.org/coding-standards, and edit the code where needed. You might also want to have a look at ordering your files (having each submodule in its own subfolder for example).
Fair warning: It's going to be a bit of a chore. "Coder found 7 projects, 36 files, 23 critical warnings, 731 normal warnings, 0 warnings were flagged to be ignored".
Good luck!
