We're seeing the Author Contact block only showing up for administrators. Every once in a while other roles may or may not see the block appearing - it seems very intermittent on whether the block will appear or not. Using a Macintosh and tried in latest versions of Chrome and Safari and happens on both. Any help resolving would be much appreciated.

This could be to do with the access required to the user's contact form. The author contact block only appears if the node author has allowed personal contact in their profile settings.

Otherwise, it's possible it's one of the visibility settings on the block itself, try checking the block configuration and make sure it isn't only showing for admin roles.
