Fixes 2 minor bugs:

1) the filter used to sanitize e-mail messages was encoding quotes, which looked ugly in the log
2) the link to set the admin e-mail (if not set) was not ideal

Also, minor new feature: improvements to "See all moderation log events for this post" link. Now if there is a single log event, the link goes directly to viewing the full log entry (saves a click).
