Problem with LOGIN menu

Description

Hello,
I am using theme internet-services for drupal 5.1
I dont know why, the menu with SEARCH bar is avaible only when i am log in as ADMIN.
When somebody view the site, should see "Please login or Register | Request New Password". But that is not showed. Even after login as a normal user. Only when i am login as administrator i can seen that search bar and WELCOME ADMIN (VIED EDIT etc...)

that is not a theme problem, but access right and global theme settings ;-)

  1. ensure that you have activate the search module
  2. MAIN POINT: go to admin/user/access (for drupal-5.x), click the "search content" for both anonymous user and authenticated user
  3. ensure the "Search box" is clicked in admin/build/themes/settings/internet_services
