Multiple Click Menu/Menu Item Delete

When running drupal 5.1 and deleting a menu or a menu item and if you multiple click you get an undesired behavior. When I do this I get the content inside my body tags duplicated. In the first occurance of my body contents I get "Page not found The menu item menuitem has been deleted" and my sidebar contents do not display. And in the second occurance of my body contents I get just a page not found but my side bar displays properly. Attached is a pdf with two screen shots, one is when deleting menu item and the second is when deleting an entire menu. This reminiscent of the multiple submit bug in 4.7.

Is there a problem with dates for issues on d.o? I have epoch date/time on this preview :)
