Issue Summary
It is possilble to disable the ability to upload per content type but upload previews always attempts to alter the form regardless of this setting.
With upload disabled you see the table header (Preview Description) which is confusing

I am waiting on this to be fixed so I can install this module. Nice work!

It sounds like it is only a matter of changing a line of code to fix this. If anyone knows the exact fix before there is a new version released, please post that code here. Can not use it on a "real" site before this is fixed.
