JW Player refuse to install

Hello,

after upragding to the latest version of JW Player for drupal i see a message in yellow box that say the following :

To complete installation of the JW Player Plugin for WordPress, please click install. Install Latest JW Player

so i cliced on the link to complete the installation which direct me to this url (admin/settings/jwplayermodule/upgrade) that has 2 options (Manual - automatic) and whatever choice i have, i always been redirected to error page that this page is not found,

according to this failure i can't make any custom player, cause if i do i have this message appearing:

The '' failed to save. Please make sure the sites/default/files/jwplayermodule/configs/ directory exists and is writable.

i have checked the permissions for the folder and the file inside the folder (sample.xml) but the error can't be fixed and the new player can't be created. permissions are (755) i even tried 777 with no hope
