I've tried the second option for installation and place the entire folder of Zend Framework in the libraries. The folder was renamed to Zend.
However, the status report shows that Zend Framework is not installed and it is not found.
Please help me install the Zend Framework.
Thanks.

bbbo commenteddoes that mean you put the complete framework in sites/all/libraries ? You only need the Zend folder under libraries in the tarball, ie after unpacking
ZendFramework-1.11.7/library/Zend/just copy the Zend portion (and it's subfolder of course) into sites/all/libraries

ylc208 commentedI've tried both, actually, but neither of them worked. I don't know if it's the matter of the drupal version or not.
Thank you for your response.
