How to add no-index to Views pager pages? e.g. /node?page=1

I'm interested in making my pager pages no-index by Google to avoid duplicate content issues as I will be displaying the same teaser text on these Views pager pages as I do on the actual nodes that these pager pages link to.

For example, I'd like these pages set to no-index:

http://www.course-notes.org/premium
http://www.course-notes.org/premium?page=2

And I'd like this pages set to index:
http://www.course-notes.org/english/premium/grammar_help

Is there a simple way of doing this? I didn't see an option for it within the Views editor.
