I've searched the forums but don't see an answer to this, which is, whenn rss feeds are imported, is there a way to manually approve the feed items that will then appear?

I am seeing a lot of junk in my feeds I would like to exclude. Thanks.

To do that, you'll have to use some aggregator module that turns feed items into nodes. Then once they are nodes, you can promote/publish/unpublish them....

Try leech.module or feedparser.module, they both do that.
