Issue Summary
Hi,
At my company we were wanting to use nodequeue (in D7) for a couple of things. One of our developers said various bits of functionality were still in D6 mode (some SQL queries and other things) so he updated it to D7. I don't know if this is something that has been done by yourselves already or not (I haven't compared our internal version with the latest release) but thought it might be of some use to give it back to you incase it saves you some time.
Our developer thought he had fixed the smartqueues part of the module, but apparently it still doesn't work and he was not able to find documentation to help him, so I'm handing it back in the hope that we have saved you some time :) - If you can point us in the right direction we're happy to help further!

Thanks, I'll take a look at this in a couple of days. I am pretty sure we managed to update everything to D7, except Smartqueue, and there's an open issue for that task: #983024: Port Smartqueue to D7.
Your best chance of getting a fully functional D7 version is to create a patch for smartqueue, since that is the only bug preventing a 7.x-1.0-beta1 release.

As I say, I haven't had time to analyse what the changes he made were, but I think most of the work was in smartqueue - I've also never made a patch so I'm a little bit unsure about that :)
Do you want me to link this post in the smartqueue issue if that is of any use?

Neah, it's ok, they're already linked in my head :P
