Description

Sorry, if asking dumb questions again, but really need help.
My publications, posted via BlogAPI module from offline client (I used Windows live writer, w. bloggar and BlogJet) are not crossposted to LJ. I use Drupal 5.1
Is that supposed to be so? Or may be some special settings needed?

Thanks.

I'll have to look into this. The blogapi has its own entry point into the system, so it may need some extra code to get that to work.

As a workaround, you can 'edit' your post made via blogapi, make sure the 'crosspost' field is checked, and save it; that will force it to crosspost. It's not ideal but it maybe what you have to do until I have some time to look into this.

First-ff I would like to say a huge THANKS for this module, it's really handy and a big draw for my LJ-using site members.

I'm really interested in the same functionality requested by maev; I often post with Ecto on my Macs or with a blog client on my Pocket PC, and this method never crossposts to LiveJournal. As a pre-emptive task, it might be worth looking at whether LJXP works with the Mailhandler module for posting by email.

Hi!

I also add my vote for the feature of crossposting to LJ via BlogAPI! It would be really great!

Thank you
