I can't find it. No readme file or docs, and no menus... What the?!?

It's quite easy, install the module, then go to "Structure >> Simple Page TItle".

From there it's just a matter of putting in the node/page path and the custom page title.

I guess a readme with those instructions should technically be in the module though.
