I was setting up my first site. I decided to move the login screen from left to right.
After having done so the login screen had disappeared an I couldn't login no more.
Tried things like http://localhost/drupalb/?q=admin but that did not work. (Insufficient rights).
See the screenshot for a page with disappeared login screen. How do I get the login screen back??

Any help would be highly appreciated.

its not the login screen, its the login block.
