I am wondering where do I make a list. I activated the filter on one of my formats. Then I clicked on the configure tab to configure the filters but I do not see any fields for the nofollow filter.

Currently the module only works for the wikipedia.org site. So, there is no configuration ;)

I changed this to a feature request (because it really would be useful) and since I imagine that your support request has now been answered.
