It would be great if there were a how to for this module.

I can't even get Tropo send a verfication message to my mobile.

I have gotten this to work.

For my case, I use it to simply verify user cell phone numbers, to send short messages in the future.

The README explains how to install it, are you having problems with it?

I have a similar problem.
I have followed the installation instructions and i contacted tropo support in order to enable international sms, but i still can;t make it work.

I am attaching a log file from tropo that might help clarify things(this log file is from sending 1 sms).
(i have replaced some digits of the phone number with 'x').

Sorry I don't know much about how the module works, just that it does work in the US for me, to confirm receipt of the confirmation code.

There is also VOIP Drupal.
