Issue Summary
It might be easier for beginners if the styles.css files include within each starterkit was pre-populated with colors to aid in easy identification of each region, zone, and wrapper.
If you agree, I plan on including a reference to this in the beginner guide.
Personally, when I started with Omega, the first thing I did was color each section for easy identification.

debugging blocks and firebug is enough for me

Speaking as one who has struggled with the css, I think this would be a good idea.
A pre-populated style sheet might however get in the way of more seasoned users.
Could it be built into Omega as a debugging tool instead?
