I am having weird issue with Category node Types in Drupal 5.1. Previously, I assigned a custom category (Core Topic) to be listed for Page & Story node types. After creating couple of posts with successful assignment of category terms, I added other modules including Organic groups vocabularies (5.x-1.x-dev). Now I went back to Core Topic category (edit vocabulary) and enabled the Free Taging and saved. To my surprise I didn't find (Core Topic) category while adding a new Story. When I went back Edit Vocabulary of the Core Topic, all I see is Image & Custom Content Type (Group Story).

I am not sure if Page & Story were available in the Types (check boxed) before I clicked save.

Does any one had similar issues?
PS: taxonomy.info says v1.3 2006/11/21 for drupal 5.1

Looks like its more related to taxonomy module. Can anyone suggest where exactly I should move this into?
