On my front page it only displays the title. However, on the secondary pages it displays the title and post date. The pictures are attached and any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is really weird. Just to deduce where the problem lies, try this: change style from views ticker to html table or grid. If the problem still persists, the problem could be with the view settings. Examine the view fields & field settings for each field. Also look at the source of each page to make sure the data is not just hidden. Post the findings here.
