I've added the Mobile Code via Block so that it displays on all nodes. And for some reason, the Mobile Code (block) doesn't display on any of the page views. Is there anything I'm missing to get the Mobile Code to display?

When you say 'page views' and in the title 'Views Page' are you referring to the View module?

The 'Node URL' block is setup in such a way that it will only work when you are on a Node page.
