If the wiki is down or otherwise unreachable then people will not be able to figure out how to install this module.

Referring to a wiki for more information is a good idea, but no substitute for proper documentation.

If nothing else you could just convert part of the wiki (the installation part) to plain text and paste it in.

This version of roundcube webmail integration is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
