We definitely need some more documentation about how to configure all the DRUNIT, PHPUnit and Selenium and all the glue that goes together.

I added a first version of the README file. It is far from complete but I think it is a start.
It would be interesting to get some more info from someone else trying to go through the process of setting up Drush, PHPUnit, Selenium and run the tests.
