The title pretty much says it. Has Project Flow & Tracker Drupal version been dropped in favor of NODE.JS ?

While trying to find out how things were progressing I ran across https://github.com/victorkane/pft which said

Project Flow & Tracker

Node based scrum stack

note: Project Flow & Tracker was formerly based on Drupal, see https://github.com/victorkane/ProjectFlowAndTracker

Well, many thanks for your interest, first of all, @MacRonin.

No, Project Flow & Tracker "Drupal version" has not been dropped at all. It is going slowly, since it requires one last push (a jquery based usability layer) to make it ready for real world use.

In any case, it is completely usable even now, I use it for my projects; so I certainly would not say it is abandoned.

If someone is interested in jumping in with me to work on the UI layer, or would like to sponsor that work, that would be great, please contact me via site-wide contact form.

The other project you detected on github has nothing to do with this one, has not got started yet (I am still learning node.js, check out the pedagogic https://github.com/victorkane/lit for progress there) and is completely independent from this one.

What I do at http://projectflowandtracker.com is entirely my own business, of course.

So, I too am looking forward to progress on this project, but my time is limited. So, can't fix this.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm glad to hear that the Drupal version is still alive and kicking.

I was thinking of using it to help manage some work at a non-profit I work with; but as you mention, while functional it still has pending work on the UI layer. And unfortunately, like many non-technical folks, the non-profit gets more hung up than they should on the visuals/polish.

I will be keeping an eye out though and try and experiment on my own projects when I get a chance.

Distribution or feature?
is there any chance of getting my hands on more current code for pft-lite? or is the latest
projects[pft_lite][download][url] = "http://awebfactory.com.ar/files/pft_lite-6.x-1.0-alpha1.tar_.gz"
and development is focused on the installprofile?
I would gladly lend a hand investigating pft-lite versus pondscrum and others.
