in the status report of my site I do get info about Captcha that is has "Already 3 blocked form submissions"

i am curious where i could find more info about any blocked form submissions. is there something i have not seen in the Captcha interface to access that kind of information or some trick to make it visible?

On the general CAPTCHA settings page there is an option to enable logging of wrong CAPTCHA responses.
Enable it and follow the link to the log (where you will be able to filter out CAPTCHA related log entries)
Note that only new attempts will be logged, the old attempts will not be logged retroactively.
