View or edit advanced adv poll missing after upgrade from 4.7 to 5.1

Hello all,

I upgraded a site from 4.7 to 5.1. Afterward, I could not view or edit the binary advanced poll content types that were core to the site. Adv poll module was 5.x-1.x-dev from Jan 30, 2007. The error was:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argumented is expected to be a valid callback, 'advpoll-ranking_node_form' was given in /home/tomhaney/public_html/ourbabyinfo/includes/form.inc on line 218.

Solution: within the node table the 'type' value for these records was 'advpoll-binary' or 'advpoll-ranking'. The dashes need to be changed to underscores, such as 'advpoll_binary'.
