Videola (videola.tv) is a new Drupal IPtv distro from Lullabot. I've had a quick play and it looks good as a base platform for someone starting a video site, especially if paid access is a core requirement.

Videola offers the capacity for pluggable hosting services. We should get a Kaltura provider available for this platform!
