It is neat to see all the fonts displayed as the actual fonts but with the size and rate of growth seen with the Google Font Directory lately the admin panel load time is suffering. I find myself waiting for the interface to load when I already know the font I need to select.

Consider having an option to display the font list in the standard admin font to save loading time.

If anyone wants to look into optimizing it, I'm happy to apply patches. Or else: please replace the module with the much more advanced @font-your-face module.

The font-your-face admin panel is awesome and very snappy.
