Is often appearing at the top of each page. Twice if there are two node teasers being loaded.

I can't confirm 100% but it looks like it has something to do with enabling anonymous voting.

same issue, as the anonymous supporting is not very good in voting -- just I tested like that.

So I closed anonymous voting, and the same issue above.
