For those who haven't noticed there has been some new development in the project.
Silex Labs are leading new development amfphp.sourceforge.net - http://projects.silexlabs.org/?/amfphp

Looks like most of the development is going on here https://github.com/amfphp/amfphp-2.0.
It mentions on the site that 2.0 is close to being ready, I imagine there will be work to get this module compatible for this, looks like great news for the project.

I am closing this issue, since it has been opened for a version that does not use a supported Drupal release. Furthermore, this project does not have versions for a supported Drupal release.
