I have OG on my site and I want my group creators to be able to select several forums for groups to look at.

What do forums and og have to do with nodequeue?

Nothing. That was just my example for why I'd like to be able to allow certain roles the ability to use this module. That's all.

This is the kind of thing that should now be handled by smartqueues.

Does anyone want to write smartqueue_user.module? =)

Since the 2.x branch of smartqueue_users supports this feature, I'm marking this as closed and inviting people to test that version, which still awaits an official release.
