Apparently I made the mistake of implementing this theme prior to upgrading the Drupal 7. After upgrading my Primary Links tabs at the top disappeared, and my tags for posts are showing up as a bulleted list and not side by side separated by commas. My image toolkit is also not working, but that's another story. Any assistance in this is greatly appreciated.
