make those real projects

These projects are still sandboxes because I wasn't sure if I can provide enough time and work to have these modules maintained. Anyway, I though about promoting them soon, hoping that more people would help on this project. Thank you for offering help - I could definitely use it! Actually this is something that pushes my decision towards promoting them as real projects. I'll do so these days.

I'd like we could get together so that we'd help each others mutually on openid (core), openid_provider, the openid ax modules and the SSO solution. Working together would enable us to develop good tools and extend the APIs fast and senseful, to the benefit of the whole OpenID network in Drupal. And, yes, the openid_provider_sso depends on openid_provider.
