With panels, the node-edit-form does not display Groups and the Elements are in a wrong order: Textfields at top followed by taxonomies and so on...

Is there any Panels-Setting or another Pane-type which outputs the correct node-edit-form ?

Same to me: Groups from Node-Edit-Form are not displayed. Neither in Garland, nor Rubik, nor Seven.
The 7.x-2.x branch of field_group says it has "CTools content type and Panels integration" - but:

no Groups are displayed (in Node-Edit!) - even with field_group 7.x-1.1.

System: Drupal 7.12 - Panels 3.0 - cTools 7.x-1.0-rc1
