Using the search api module, I found that the facets don't work fine with taxonomy terms composed of two or more words. If I have a vocabulary composed of cities, many of them have two or more words, when searching the search api's module finds all the results but in the facets appear only a result. Otherwise if I search for only a word facets and the search's result match .

Don't set support requests to "major" for no reason, and please provide enough information that I have a chance of answering your question.
What kind of index do you have? Which fields did you index? If you indexed the right fields (the taxonomy terms, not their names), the terms' names shouldn't make any difference at all.
And lastly: What exactly do you try to do, what is the result and what's wrong with that?

A screenshot in a language I understand would maybe help, although I don't think the one you provided would even help then. All I see is a search returning 6 results, but only one facet term with a single result for some facet. So? I have no idea why this should be wrong.

Just a guess on my part, but this happened to me the first time I set up an index as well, and I realized I needed to go back and set my Field Type to String instead of fulltext. You might want to check that...

i can not reproduce that. i am doing test at the moment with thousands of image that have assigned multiple criterias.

sample: i tag some images with "sehr klein" = very small if the displayed object is very small.
i made a searchapi view and searched for "sehr klein" and it shows me images tagged with "sehr klein"
