It looks like there are a couple unreviewed patches and the last commit looks to be a while out of date. Is there still work going on with this by the maintainer? Seems like things are fairly slow-going in the repo at http://thesocialopac.net as well.

I'm evaluating this for use on an upcoming project and am very willing to put in some significant time for a D7 port, if there is active development going on for the D6 rc.

I'm also considering using this for integration with koha, but to be honest this module looks abandoned at the moment.
