I have created a new content type with an image field, when adding a content of that type as admin, select image location, then pushing upload button raise the following error dialouge box :
"An error coccurred while attemping to process /?q=file/ajax/field_product_image/und/0/form-lmKBZrl....XOQ: Access indenied." Please help.

Interesting - I'm having the same problem, but with the Article content type that comes with D7 so it's not specific to your custom content type.

Any luck fixing it?

I had the exact same problem. I was alwasy using Internet Explorer 9.
Then I tried to upload a file using Chrome and sudddenly it worked.
Firefox works as well but still no luck with IE9...

I had the same problem in IE9. I put the page into 'compatibility mode' and it started working.

To put the page into compatibility mode, click the icon next to the 'refresh' icon. It looks like a little sheet of paper ripped in half horizontally.
