Please update the submission guidelines for the 'Project Applications' issue queue (located at http://drupal.org/node/1025112/edit/issues ) to read as follows:
When submitting your project application, please remember to include the following:
<ul><ul>
<li>The name of your module or theme.</li>
<li>A detailed description of what it does.</li>
<li>A link to its sandbox project on Drupal.org.</li>
<li>The intended Drupal core version (eg. 6.x or 7.x)</li>
</ul></ul>
Also, please ensure you've reviewed the documentation on the <a href="http://drupal.org/node/539608">Review Process for Full Project Applications: What To Expect</a> and <a href="http://drupal.org/node/1187664">Tips for Ensuring a Smooth Review</a> pages before marking your project as 'needs review'.
The changes in this request (relative to the existing text) are the addition of the Drupal core version in the requested information, and the 'please review' note directing applicants towards the appropriate documentation regarding the code review process.
The double 'ul' tags are intentional (without them, the list item bullets don't line up nicely with the rest of the text ... instead, they are indented to the right, relative to the proceeding paragraph text).
Thanks in advance!

jthorson commentedCorrection: Without the ul tags, the bullets line up to the LEFT of the preceeding paragraph text. *facepalm*
