I am using the profile pictures module and I love it!! thank you!

I am just wondering where I can set the default image for all users? I have the pic upload on the registration form but i don't want to require people to upload a pic. The profile page looks very bland without an image so I would like a default to appear.

Sorry if this is a stupid question or if it has been asked 100x, I did search and I didn't find the answer.
