Hello,
I'm a graphic designer at a new job left in charge of migrating one of our sites cincinnatifamilymagazine.com to a new host provider. Everything seems to have migrated appropriately except Openads. When I try to access the admin of Openads I get this:
A fatal error occurred
Openads can't connect to the database. Because of this it isn't possible to use the administrator interface. The delivery of banners might also be affected. Possible reasons for the problem are:
The database server isn't functioning at the moment
The location of the database server has changed
The username or password used to contact the database server are not correct
PHP has not loaded the MySQL Extension
------------
Can anyone help me update the appropriate files so that Openads will recognize the SQL database?
This is a bit over my head.
Thanks.
-Brett

Cincy commentedOk... I don't know what version Openads is (like I said I'm new to this job, Drupal and Openads)... I'm a graphic designer by trade.
I've been able to correct the database credentials but now I'm getting this error:
PEAR Error
MDB2 Error: no such table
_doQuery: [Error message: Could not execute statement]
[Last executed query:
SELECT

FROM
oa_preference
WHERE
agencyid = 0]
[Native code: 1146]
[Native message: Table 'cincin16_openads.oa_preference' doesn't exist]
MDB2 Error: unknown errorMDB2 Error: unknown error
Anybody know what this means and how to fix it?

jaydub commentedhate to say it but you need openX support and not drupal module support here...I suggest you try the openx forums as there are just way too many things that would need to be setup on the openx side regardless of what drupal does...
